Terumo BCT’s Quantum Flex® Cell Expansion System has revolutionized CAR-T cell production by providing a robust end-to-end platform proven to produce large number of CAR-T cells from small amounts of starting material. The partnership with Kytopen aims to advance the development of next generation non-viral gene-engineering methods for cell therapy. Kytopen's Flowfect® technology enables a continuous process with unprecedented customization to finetune the delivery of genome engineering materials to cells and allows predictive scaling from small volume transfections to the manufacturing scale.

Pluristyx
BioCentriq and Pluristyx work together to accelerate the development of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived therapies.
