BioCentriq is happy to announce that we’ve been selected to present our capabilities at this year’s Meeting on the Mesa. The conference is from October 10-12 and is in Carlsbad, California. Organized by the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine, the Cell & Gene Meeting on the Mesa is a three-day conference that addresses the commercialization challenges of today’s cell and gene therapy industry.
Learn About BioCentriq’s Capabilities
At 9:15am on Thursday, October 12, in the Ecolab Life Sciences Ballroom, BioCentriq’s Founder & CEO, Haro Hartounian, Ph.D., will be presenting BioCentriq’s capabilities as a collaborative CDMO focusing on cell and gene therapies. With a team of experienced scientists, engineers, analysts, and manufacturing specialists, we have established, phase-appropriate quality systems and a track record of manufacturing products for use in human clinical trials. Dr. Hartounian will discuss BioCentriq’s high-quality manufacturing and product development services, characterized by efficiency, flexibility, and scalability. Attendees will learn about BioCentriq’s uniquely transparent approach and our hybrid team and hoteling options that allow therapy sponsors to maintain oversight on their product.
Discover the LEAP™ Advanced Therapy Platform
Dr. Hartounian will also highlight BioCentriq’s new LEAP™ Advanced Therapy Platform, which provides early-stage biotech companies with novel cell therapy candidates an avenue to leverage proven expertise and assets to reduce timelines, de-risk trials, and reach patients faster. In fact, sponsors can receive IND clearance and begin treating patients in as little as six months from project initiation.
“Designed to provide early-stage biotech companies with promising candidates the possibility to prioritize speed, the LEAP™ Platform leverages proven pre-existing assets to ensure quality is never compromised,” said Dr. Hartounian. “I’m excited to share this platform option at Meeting on the Mesa, where many of our industry colleagues might find it to be of great use to their programs.”

Dr. Hartounian will also be participating in a panel discussion, “Accelerating the Path to Success: The Significance of Supplier Partnerships in the Development Process,” on Wednesday, October 11 at 7:45am in the ARM Ballroom. The panel will discuss how working with a flexible, responsive partner can be a catalyst for driving innovation and finding solutions to complex challenges, and how the key is finding a supplier who works closely with customers to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in development and manufacturing.
Meet with Our Leadership Team
Leaders from BioCentriq’s quality, operations, and development teams will also be attending Meeting on the Mesa and have meeting space for partnering discussions. We’ll also be hosting an exhibit booth where attendees can meet with subject matter experts and learn more about the LEAP™ Platform.
