IT Lead – Operations

We are seeking an IT Lead –Operations to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Technical Services staff supporting on-site and remote incidents and problems. The IT Lead – Operations is responsible for Helpdesk managed staff supporting endpoint computing activities and software for all BioCentriq users and contractors. The IT Lead – Operations will manage the endpoint asset inventory, provide timely patching of all endpoints, provision, build, deploy endpoints and perform new employee orientations and other onboarding/offboarding activities for computer and printer use at BioCentriq. The IT Lead will manage endpoint security leveraging current and new technologies to protect BioCentriq endpoints. The IT Lead institutes ITIL/IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and procedures to raise the efficiency level of IT support. This role will gather and analyze metrics, develop, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), develop novel approaches to unique problem-solving situations and partner with other IT resources in support of application, infrastructure and other technically related incidents and problems at next level support. The IT Lead – Operations is responsible for the proper escalation of incidents and problems and for initiating bridge calls for high profile incidents and problems. The IT Lead will author and ensure that all approved SOPs and Work Instructions are adhered to.
